These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sympl.website and the services provided by ReelAxis LLC ("ReelAxis," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in San Diego, California. By submitting a request, making a payment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing sympl.website or engaging ReelAxis for website design or hosting services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ReelAxis designs, builds, and hosts websites for small businesses. Our services include:
We do not build e-commerce stores. Our services are designed for service-based small businesses.
Our standard pricing is a $499 one-time build fee, charged via Stripe before work begins. Hosting is billed monthly at $29–$99/mo depending on your selected plan.
We offer a free website preview before any payment is required. If we build a preview site for your business and you decide not to proceed, there is no charge. You are under no obligation to pay until you choose to move forward.
Once you submit payment, work begins within 24 hours and the refund policy in Section 5 applies.
No refunds are issued once work has begun. Because we invest significant time in research, design, and development immediately upon receiving payment, all sales are final once the $499 build fee is charged and work has commenced.

To ensure we can deliver your website on time, you agree to:
Your $499 build fee includes one round of revisions after the initial preview is delivered. A revision round includes reasonable changes to copy, layout, colors, images, and structure based on your consolidated feedback.
Additional revision rounds beyond the first are billed at $75/hour, invoiced via Stripe. We will provide an estimate before beginning any billable revision work.
Hosting is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to hello@sympl.website.
Upon receipt of full payment of the $499 build fee, you own all final deliverables — the design, code, content, and all assets created for your website.
ReelAxis retains the right to display your completed website as part of our portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer we not feature your site, please let us know in writing and we will honor that request.
We do not claim ownership of any content, images, logos, or trademarks you provide to us for use on your site.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELAXIS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.
IN ALL CASES, REELAXIS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO REELAXIS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.
